Each year, this event is the cornerstone of our commitment to fostering a community of growth, collaboration, and excellence among our esteemed SPGroup members.  Building on the success of last year's theme, 'Made in Memphis,' which focused on personal excellence, this year's theme, 'Rays Up,' shifts our focus outward—to uplift and support those around us. 'Rays Up' is a call to action for everyone to engage in lifting each other, fostering mutual success within teams and extending support to our customers.  

This theme embodies the idea that leadership is not confined to titles but is demonstrated through our actions and support for one another. At the core of 'Rays Up' is the belief that collective success is paramount, and it truly 'takes a village' to achieve greatness. We aim to create a culture of generosity and empathy, where everyone is encouraged to contribute to a supportive environment. This year, we'll explore practical ways to embody this theme, focusing on mentorship, collaboration, and positive reinforcement.
